Qualified Licensed Engineer, Member of Quebec Order of Engineers (OIQ #46150)

  • Cyril Goudreau P.Eng. Structural Engineer, graduated of Concordia University, 1983 (with Distinction)
  • Certified Building Construction Engineering Technologist, Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, 1978 (with Honors)
  • Intimate knowledge of National Building Code of Canada (NBCC)
  • Executed structural design for hundreds of home modification projects
  • Licensed as a "Guarantor" for construction contractors in the province of Quebec through the RBQ (Régie du bâtiment du Québec)
  • Over two decades of construction contracting experience, including project management and on-site supervision
  • Extensive knowledge of buildings in general as well as building materials and architectural concepts
